Stainless Steel Lock Bracket

Add a stainless steel lock bracket to your kayak. With the locking bracket, you can secure your sea kayak with a cable lock, giving you greater peace of mind at night. The bracket is installed on the rear deck of the kayak.

The Awesome is a compact sea kayak that offers ultimate control and maneuverability in waves and surf zones. With a length of only 475 cm and a pronounced rocker, it’s incredibly easy to handle, even in challenging conditions. It’s designed with cutaways that allow freedom for powerful strokes through breaking waves. The bow is spacious and voluminous, giving you plenty of room to move when navigating intense wave action.

Ultimate Control and Strength for Extreme Conditions

The Awesome features a 3-layer sandwich construction that is both lightweight and rigid. The outer layer is reinforced to provide exceptional strength for extreme conditions. It has a lightweight, ultra-strong carbon seat with an adjustable backrest using a unique click system, inspired by whitewater kayaks. The thigh braces are made extra wide to ensure optimal contact with the kayak at all times.

Perfect for the Playful Paddler and Serious Instructor

With its flat bottom and pronounced soft chine edges, the Awesome excels in technical play or instructional settings. It can hold an impressive edge and, with its low rear deck, it’s a dream for rolling. The kayak is equipped with a tow brace and a large, oval storage hatch at the rear, making it suitable for longer trips in challenging waters.

Customize Your Awesome PE

You can personalize your kayak by choosing colors for the hatches, lines, and bungees. Additionally, there are options to add extra accessories, such as an additional day box in the foredeck, a rescue system with YKK buckles, and a stainless-steel lock brace to secure your kayak with a wire or chain lock. If you want to ensure even better contact with your kayak, you can choose the SmartTrack Transitional footrests as an add-on option also.
