You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping basket. This applies in particular to the provision of anti-constitutional, racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, offensive, youth-endangering and\/or violence-glorifying content.<\/p>\n<h2>6) Installation<\/h2>\n<h3>6.1 Selection of the service provider<\/h3>\n<p>We shall provide the service at our discretion either in our own person or by qualified personnel selected by us. We expressly reserve the right to have services performed by third parties (subcontractors) who work on our behalf.<\/p>\n<p>You only have a claim to the selection of a specific person to provide the service if and insofar as this is expressly stated in the applicable service description.<\/p>\n<p>If and insofar as third parties are used to provide services, we shall remain fully responsible for the fulfilment of the contractual obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Before engaging third parties, we shall check their reliability, suitability in terms of professional training, experience and\/or ability to provide the contractual services and shall oblige them to do so.<\/p>\n<h3>6.2 Access to the installation site<\/h3>\n<p>The product will be delivered to the installation site. Due to the very good padding and packaging of the goods inside the box, damage usually remains superficial on the box. Damage to the goods themselves must be reported to us immediately after delivery.
